Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-03

The short version. NAV Desk is an analysis and education tool for federal employees, military personnel and retirees who want to understand their Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and the rest of their finances. It is not a broker, it never places a trade and it never holds your money. Use it lawfully, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and make your own decisions.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

NAV Desk is the website at navdesk.net and the app shown as "TSP & Wealth Command Center". In these documents "NAV Desk", "we" and "us" mean the owner and operator of that website and app. These Terms of Use govern your access to the website, the app, the reports and notifications we send, and anything else we offer under the NAV Desk name (together, the "Service").

By visiting the website, creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you create an account you also agree to the User Agreement, the Risk Disclosures, the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

3. What the Service is, and is not

The Service organises numbers you enter, publicly available market data and automated analysis into screens, reports and alerts. It is an information and education tool.

4. Your account

You agree to give accurate sign-up details, to keep your password and any device sign-in (such as Face ID or fingerprint) under your own control, and to tell us promptly at info@navdesk.net if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account: do not share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Our content and your content

The Service, including its design, text, scoring methods, reports, software and the NAV Desk name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use it as these Terms allow. No other rights are granted.

The balances, holdings, notes, questions and files you put into the Service remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.

7. Market data, third-party services and links

Prices, fund values, news, prediction-market odds and other data come from third parties. They can be delayed, incomplete, estimated or wrong, and a source can change or stop without notice. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners, and showing them does not mean those parties endorse us. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, on time or free of errors. Reports and alerts may arrive late or not at all. We may add, change, limit or remove any feature at any time, including moving features between free and by-request access.

9. Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid features, we will show you the price and terms before you are charged, and you will be able to decline.

10. Suspension and ending your access

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to info@navdesk.net. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we need to protect the Service or other members, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue (including ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability and dispute terms) continue after your access ends.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will post the new version here with a new date and, where reasonable, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the new version takes effect means you accept it. Each version carries a date so you can tell which one you agreed to.

12. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please write to info@navdesk.net first. Most issues can be resolved quickly that way, and both of us agree to try in good faith for at least 30 days before starting any formal claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we consent to those courts.
